Reliance Industries

The notes carry an all-in yield of 5.389% per annum and an original coupon of 5.318%, with a five-year original maturity. The securities will be issued through the bank’s IFSC Banking Unit in GIFT City and are scheduled to be listed on multiple exchanges.

Power Grid Corporation

Power Grid Corporation of India has been declared the successful bidder under the tariff-based competitive bidding process for establishing an interstate transmission system connected with renewable-energy projects in Gujarat.

The discovered tariff for the project stands at ₹822.91 crore per annum. The development adds another transmission-infrastructure project to Power Grid’s portfolio as India continues to expand renewable-energy capacity.

Jubilant Pharmova
