Aurobindo Pharma
Aurobindo Pharma is in focus following a US FDA inspection at Unit-VI, an API manufacturing facility of its wholly owned subsidiary Apitoria Pharma, in Andhra Pradesh.

Axiscades Technologies
Axiscades Technologies has approved the acquisition of up to a 90% stake in Cloud Wave Technologies, a Bengaluru-based precision engineering and manufacturing company.
The transaction is valued at approximately ₹234 crore in cash, with Axiscades also having the option to acquire the remaining 10% stake later. Cloud Wave has an enterprise value of around ₹260 crore, according to the company’s disclosure.

Avantel has received a ₹117.88 crore contract from the Defence Research and Development Organisation.

NBCC India
NBCC India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NHPC for executing infrastructure projects across India.

The proposed work includes residential blocks, residential and commercial infrastructure, office complexes and allied facilities. NBCC will provide project management consultancy services at a fee of 5.5%.

Ola Electric Mobility has received a sanction order from the Ministry of Heavy Industries for the release of ₹95.81 crore under the Production Linked Incentive scheme for automobiles and auto components.

Another major event today is the MSCI rebalancing. The revised weights take effect from September 1, meaning portfolio adjustments are expected during Monday’s session. Adani Energy and Groww are expected to see significant inflows, while Reliance Industries and Jio Financial Services are among the stocks expected to face outflow pressure from the index changes.
