Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of Groww, is in focus as existing investor Ribbit Capital is expected to sell around a 1.6% stake through a block deal on Wednesday.
According to media reports cited by Moneycontrol, the proposed transaction is estimated at approximately ₹1,914 crore, with a floor price of ₹195 per share.

Welspun Corp
Welspun Corp is in focus following reports that Welspun Investments & Commercials and MD and CEO Vipul Mathur are likely to sell 63 lakh shares, representing approximately a 2.4% stake.
The reported block deal is valued at around ₹1,417 crore, with a floor price of ₹2,250 per share.
Honasa Consumer
Honasa Consumer has called off its proposed acquisition of a 58% stake in Fluence Pharma.
The company said the transaction was discontinued because the closing conditions specified under the Share Purchase Agreement were not fulfilled. Honasa has stated that it remains committed to its nutraceutical strategy and will continue evaluating opportunities in the segment.

Cipla
Cipla is in focus after the US Food and Drug Administration conducted a follow-up cGMP inspection at its Pithampur manufacturing facility between August 17 and August 25.
Following the inspection, the company received seven observations in Form 483. Cipla said it will work with the US FDA to address the observations within the stipulated timeline.
UCO Bank
UCO Bank has a leadership update. The Ministry of Finance has assigned the additional charge of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to Rajendra Kumar Saboo, who is currently an Executive Director at the bank.

Sai Parenterals’ Australian subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals, has renewed its OTC medicines supply agreement with a major Australian pharmacy chain.
The renewed agreement includes an expanded product portfolio, a longer tenure and a higher contract value. The deal is estimated at approximately AUD 30 million, or around ₹204 crore, over three years.
