HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies is in focus after UK-based infrastructure services provider M Group selected the company for an AI-led IT transformation programme covering more than 200 locations across the UK and Ireland. HCLTech said its AI Force platform will be deployed as part of the managed-services programme. The contract adds another enterprise AI transformation engagement to the company’s recent business pipeline.

Persistent Systems

Persistent Systems has increased its stake in Nagarro to 83.25% after acquiring an additional 61.15% through its voluntary public takeover offer. The additional acceptance period for Nagarro shareholders runs from September 23 to October 6. Persistent has also indicated its intention to pursue delisting of Nagarro from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction represents a significant change in Persistent’s ownership position in the German technology company.

SUGS Lloyd

SUGS Lloyd has secured an order worth ₹213.48 crore from Marshal Enterprises for LT and HT infrastructure loss-reduction works under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme in Punjab. The projects were originally awarded by Punjab State Power Corporation. The order adds to the company’s transmission and distribution infrastructure business.

Solex Energy

Solex Energy has outlined an expansion roadmap targeting ₹4,500 crore in revenue by FY28. The company presented the target and its growth plans at its 12th Annual General Meeting. The solar PV module manufacturer continues to expand its manufacturing and renewable-energy business as domestic solar capacity additions remain an important part of India’s energy-transition ecosystem.

Allied Blenders & Distillers

Allied Blenders & Distillers is in focus after co-promoter Bina Kishore Chhabria disclosed plans to sell up to 55 lakh shares, representing approximately 1.97% of the company’s equity, between September 23 and October 31. The proposed sale is intended to help meet minimum public-shareholding requirements.

JSW Dulux

JSW Dulux has fixed October 22, 2026, as the record date for its 1:10 stock split. Under the approved proposal, each fully paid equity share with a face value of ₹10 will be subdivided into 10 shares with a face value of ₹1 each. The corporate action is therefore relevant for shareholders and market participants tracking the company’s upcoming record date.

Arvind SmartSpaces

Arvind SmartSpaces has announced bookings of more than ₹500 crore from a Bengaluru residential project within 30 days of launch. The project was acquired outright in February 2026 and has an estimated topline potential of approximately ₹860 crore. The booking update provides a company-specific development for the real-estate business.

Cupid

Cupid has raised its FY27 revenue guidance to ₹725–750 crore and net-profit guidance to ₹210–225 crore. The company has also outlined an FY28 revenue target of ₹1,085 crore and FY29 target of ₹1,500 crore. Management expects distribution expansion to contribute around ₹150 crore of FY27 revenue and has identified additional long-term revenue potential from the expanded distribution network.

NATCO Pharma

NATCO Pharma’s board is scheduled to meet on September 25 to consider a rights issue of shares of up to ₹1,300 crore and determine the terms of the proposed issue. The board meeting makes the company relevant to Wednesday’s corporate-action watchlist, with the final structure and terms subject to the board’s decision.

Sapphire Foods

Sapphire Foods is in focus after receiving two GST show-cause notices from the Tamil Nadu tax authorities. One notice amounts to ₹516.84 crore for the April 2023-March 2024 period, while another notice amounts to ₹21.47 crore for FY23. The notices relate to matters under the Tamil Nadu SGST Act, and the company’s response and subsequent regulatory process will be relevant to the development.
