Lenskart is one of Monday’s key stocks in focus after Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust is expected to sell up to 3 crore shares, equivalent to about 1.7% of the company, through a block deal. The reported transaction size is around ₹2,047.4 crore, with a floor price of ₹682.45 per share. Platinum Jasmine held a 9.77% stake in Lenskart as of June 2026.
Rail Vikas Nigam

Refex Industries has secured a ₹160 crore contract for lifting 10 lakh metric tonnes of pond ash and fly ash under the road-cum-rail mode from a public-sector undertaking in Madhya Pradesh. The order is linked to the company’s ash-management and environmental-services operations.
GR Infraprojects
GR Infraprojects has received communication from the National Highways Authority of India declaring September 7 as the appointed date for its ₹4,262.78 crore Agra-Gwalior Greenfield road project. The appointed date is an important milestone for commencement and contractual execution of the highway project.
Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works
Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has secured its third Green Tug contract from the Mumbai Port Authority. The ₹279.33 crore contract involves construction and hiring of a battery-operated green tug for a 15-year tenure, adding a significant long-duration order to its marine-services business.

Nibe Group has signed an MoU with France’s Naval Group covering cooperation in modern naval technologies. The framework includes shipbuilding, defence platforms, autonomous systems such as underwater drones and mine-countermeasure vessels, submarine-related systems and naval weapon-launching technologies.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has signed an MoU with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Andhra Pradesh to participate as the anchor shipyard in a proposed greenfield shipbuilding industrial cluster at Dugarajapatnam. The proposed facility envisages annual capacity of at least 1.2 million gross tonnes and aims to develop a wider shipbuilding and marine ecosystem.
JSW Energy
JSW Energy is in focus after the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) set aside a CERC order and allowed the IDC claim of JSW Hydro Energy, a material step-down subsidiary. APTEL also held that carrying costs should be considered from the date of filing of the true-up petition and remanded the matter to CERC for a prudence check of the additional IDC data.
