TCS
Tata Consultancy Services is in focus after its Netherlands subsidiary approved the acquisition of 100% of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, a subsidiary of Porsche AG, for an enterprise value of €320 million.
Alongside the acquisition, Porsche AG has entered into a five-year strategic agreement with MHP and TCS worth €1.25 billion. The development strengthens TCS’s relationship with the Porsche group and expands its presence in the automotive technology and consulting space.

Aegis Logistics
Aegis Logistics has executed a ₹525 crore Business Transfer Agreement with its step-down subsidiary, Aegis Terminal (Pipavav).
The agreement involves the transfer of a specialised ammonia storage terminal at Pipavav Port, with a static storage capacity of 36,000 metric tonnes, through a slump sale on a going-concern basis.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted $650 million of 5.478% senior notes due in 2031 under its $1 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The notes are planned for listing on India International Exchange at GIFT City and NSE IFSC. The fundraising keeps the bank in focus as investors track international debt-market activity among Indian financial institutions.
