TCS

TCS’s September-quarter results showed revenue of $7.642 billion and sequential constant-currency growth of 0.5%. Operating margin was 24%, while contract value reached $9.6 billion. The ₹12 dividend has an October 14 record date. Watch contract conversion and client spending: signed work provides visibility, but delivery timing determines revenue and cash generation.

JSW Steel

JSW Steel’s production update recorded 7.27 million tonnes of consolidated crude steel in Q2 FY27, up 10% sequentially and 5% annually. Indian capacity utilisation averaged 88%. Higher throughput can improve cost absorption, but investors still need sales volumes, realised prices and input costs to establish whether operational growth translates into stronger earnings.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories

Dr. Reddy’s disclosed two USFDA observations following the October 5–7 pre-approval inspection at FTO-11, Pydibhimavaram. It will respond within the stipulated timeline. The filing does not detail severity or financial impact. A Form 483 is not a final violation determination; follow corrective action and subsequent agency communication rather than estimating losses from observation count.

NCC

NCC’s new contract from Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited is worth ₹1,286.03 crore excluding GST. The Telangana Radial Road-2 package covers Budwel to Shabad, with construction scheduled over 18 months. The award adds business visibility, while execution milestones, billing and collections determine earnings conversion. Contract value should not be mistaken for immediate revenue or profit.

SML Mahindra

SML Mahindra’s September report showed domestic commercial-vehicle sales of 1,071 units against 812 a year earlier. Production increased to 1,257 from 1,049, while exports fell to 53 from 138. Monitor product mix and inventory alongside volumes before assuming a corresponding improvement in profitability.

Hexaware Technologies

Hexaware’s October 8 company release announced a multi-year Anthropic partnership and Preferred Partner status in the Claude Partner Network. Claude will support Zerovity and AgentVerse, with joint solution development and deployments. The strategic opportunity is enterprise AI execution; investors should look for paid adoption and measurable revenue contribution rather than treating partnership status as an earnings forecast.

IRB Infrastructure Developers

IRB’s October 8 release reported September group toll revenue of ₹773 crore against ₹622 crore a year earlier, approximately 24% growth. Toll revenue at wholly owned subsidiaries increased 17% on a like-for-like basis. Distinguish group portfolio collections from the listed company’s consolidated revenue; asset ownership, operating costs and financing shape the earnings benefit.

P N Gadgil Jewellers

P N Gadgil’s Q2 FY27 operating update reported revenue growth of 22.4%, with retail up 31.1% and same-store sales up 25.5%. E-commerce declined 83.6% as the company reduced lower-margin coin sales. This is a business update rather than full financial results. Watch jewellery mix, margins and working capital to assess the quality of growth.

PACE Digitek

PACE Digitek’s disclosure confirmed a ₹179.4 crore letter of intent from BSES Rajdhani Power for 57.5 MW/115 MWh of battery storage across four Delhi grid stations. The scope includes design, commissioning, operation and maintenance. The award expands its energy pipeline; contract execution and delivery economics remain the practical tests of eventual earnings contribution.

S&S Power Switchgear

S&S Power’s October 8 filing said its wholly owned equipment subsidiary received a Sterling & Wilson letter of award for 765 kV isolators for the Adani Akola project in Maharashtra. Value exceeds ₹1 crore, with delivery in the next financial year. The product milestone deserves monitoring, while its modest size limits conclusions about group-wide earnings.

Today’s focus spans IT earnings, infrastructure execution, consumer demand and regulatory follow-up. Compare these new disclosures with October 8’s edition and monitor sustained trading interest after the opening.
