About Jindal Supreme (India)
Jindal Supreme was established in 1974 by the late Madan Lal Jindal and has built a long operating history in the steel products industry. The company is currently promoted by Abhishek Jindal and operates from its manufacturing facility in Hisar, Haryana.

Its traditional product portfolio includes mild steel black pipes and tubes and galvanized pipes and tubes. The company has also expanded into metal beam crash barriers and GI tubular poles. These newer product categories are aimed at infrastructure applications such as road safety, street lighting, electrification and public utility projects.
The company’s products are used across several end markets, including water supply and plumbing, infrastructure and construction, roads and highways, bridges, oil and gas, chemicals, agriculture and rural electrification. This provides exposure to India’s infrastructure and industrial spending cycle.
Jindal Supreme follows both direct-sales and dealer-led distribution channels. Direct sales accounted for about 68.18% of revenue from operations in FY2026, while dealer sales contributed the remaining 31.82%. The company had expanded its dealer network to 53 dealers by June 2026.
Jindal Supreme IPO Financial Performance
Jindal Supreme’s financial performance has shown significant improvement in profitability despite fluctuations in revenue. Revenue from operations was ₹645.44 crore in FY2024, declined to ₹586.40 crore in FY2025 and recovered to around ₹675.94 crore in FY2026 according to current IPO coverage.

At the same time, EBITDA improved from ₹21.11 crore in FY2024 to ₹25.92 crore in FY2025 and ₹41.63 crore in FY2026. Profit after tax was ₹12.87 crore in FY2024, increased sharply to ₹24.27 crore in FY2025 and stood at approximately ₹22.53 crore in FY2026.
| Financial Year | Revenue from Operations | EBITDA | PAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| FY24 | ₹645.44 Cr | ₹21.11 Cr | ₹12.87 Cr |
| FY25 | ₹586.40 Cr | ₹25.92 Cr | ₹24.27 Cr |
| FY26 | ~₹675.94 Cr | ₹41.63 Cr | ₹22.53 Cr |
The improvement in EBITDA demonstrates better operating profitability, with the EBITDA margin reaching approximately 6.16% in FY2026. However, the decline in PAT from FY2025 to FY2026 shows that revenue growth and operating improvement do not automatically translate into equivalent bottom-line growth.
For the quarter ended June 2026, the company reported revenue of approximately ₹191 crore and profit of around ₹8.3 crore, according to current IPO data.
Jindal Supreme IPO: Use of Funds
Debt reduction is one of the primary objectives of the IPO. The company proposes to use approximately ₹77 crore from the fresh issue for repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings. The remaining proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes.

This is an important aspect of the IPO because Jindal Supreme operates in a working-capital-intensive manufacturing business. The company had total borrowings of approximately ₹92.16 crore, including accrued interest, as of December 2025. Reducing borrowings through IPO proceeds could help lower finance costs and strengthen the balance sheet.
Jindal Supreme’s Growth Opportunities
India’s continued infrastructure development provides a potential growth opportunity for manufacturers of steel pipes, tubes and related infrastructure products. Demand from water supply projects, road construction, urban infrastructure, electrification and industrial development can support the company’s core markets.
The company is also attempting to move beyond traditional steel pipes into value-added products. Metal beam crash barriers were added in FY2025, while GI tubular poles were introduced in FY2026. These products allow the company to participate in road safety, street lighting and public infrastructure projects.
Jindal Supreme’s long operating history, established customer relationships and diversified product portfolio are additional strengths. The company has served more than 225 customers, with several customer relationships extending over many years.

Jindal Supreme IPO GMP
As of September 8, 2026, a reliable GMP cannot yet be meaningfully assessed because the final IPO price band itself has not been released. Current grey-market tracking sources are also showing no active GMP figure.
Investors should therefore avoid treating unofficial GMP expectations as a substitute for fundamental analysis. Once the price band is announced, valuation, earnings multiple, peer comparison and the resulting market capitalisation will become much more relevant for evaluating the IPO.
Key Risks for Investors
One of the major risks is manufacturing concentration. Jindal Supreme’s operations are concentrated at a single manufacturing facility in Hisar, Haryana. Any major breakdown, shutdown, disruption or adverse local event could affect production and financial performance.
The company is also exposed to customer concentration. Its top 10 customers contributed 19.35% of revenue during the period ended December 31, 2025, compared with 15.96% in FY2025. The loss of a significant customer or reduction in orders could therefore affect revenue and cash flows.

Raw-material prices are another important risk. Steel coils, hot-rolled coils and galvanizing materials represent significant inputs for the company’s products. Sharp increases in steel and other raw-material prices can pressure margins if the company is unable to pass those increases to customers.
Supplier concentration is also relevant, with the company’s top suppliers accounting for a substantial portion of purchases. Any disruption in supply or adverse changes in supplier terms could affect manufacturing operations.
The company is also entering newer product categories with a relatively shorter operating history. While crash barriers and GI tubular poles could provide additional growth avenues, the success of these products depends on market acceptance, competitive positioning and execution.
Working-capital requirements remain another consideration because steel manufacturing requires significant investment in inventory and receivables. Investors should also evaluate the company’s debt position and cash-flow generation after the IPO.

Jindal Supreme IPO: What Investors Should Watch
Jindal Supreme enters the IPO market with a long operating history, improving EBITDA margins and an expanding product portfolio linked to India’s infrastructure requirements. The proposed use of ₹77 crore toward debt repayment is also potentially positive for the balance sheet.
However, the company operates in a competitive and cyclical steel-products industry where raw-material prices, working capital and infrastructure spending can materially affect profitability. The concentration of manufacturing at one facility and dependence on key customers and suppliers are additional risks.
The final price band will be particularly important. Since the price band has not yet been announced, investors cannot currently calculate the IPO’s final valuation or meaningful P/E multiple. Once the price is disclosed, investors should compare the implied valuation with the company’s earnings, book value, debt position and listed peers before deciding whether the issue is attractively priced.
The Jindal Supreme IPO is scheduled to open on September 16 and close on September 18, 2026, with a tentative listing on September 23. Investors should wait for the final price band and lot size before evaluating the minimum investment and valuation of the issue.
