Shiprocket

Shiprocket is in focus after reporting its June-quarter results. Arisinfra Solutions has secured a contract through its subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions from O2 Spaces for a residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Morning Mist project has an estimated gross development value of ₹280 crore, while the engagement provides an estimated material supply opportunity of more than ₹100 crore for Arisinfra.

Asian Energy Services

Asian Energy Services is in focus after its subsidiary Oilmax Energy received a Letter of Intent from the Government of Arunachal Pradesh for a composite licence covering the Pakro Vanadium and Graphite Block. The block covers approximately 155.46 hectares. The development expands the company’s exposure to critical minerals and natural-resource opportunities.

Neuland Laboratories

Neuland Laboratories has approved ₹126 crore of capital expenditure for the purchase of approximately 134 acres of land at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The company also has a right of first refusal over another contiguous parcel of about 66 acres, potentially taking the total land parcel to around 200 acres. The land is intended for future expansion.

Mankind Pharma

Mankind Pharma is in focus following shareholder approval for the voluntary liquidation of Bharat Serums & Vaccines, a subsidiary of the company. The development is part of the company’s portfolio restructuring and will be monitored for its implications for the subsidiary’s operations and the broader business structure.

GE Vernova T&D India

GE Vernova T&D India has emerged as the L1 bidder for the design and establishment of a 6,000 MW ±800 kV HVDC LCC terminal station, comprising two 3,000 MW terminals, for evacuation of renewable power from Barmer II to South Kalamb. The development places the company in focus amid India’s expanding transmission requirements linked to renewable-energy capacity.

Adani Power

Adani Power has received a Letter of Intent from the Resolution Professional for the acquisition of GVK Energy, through its subsidiary Alaknanda Hydro Power Company. GVK Energy owns and operates a 330 MW hydroelectric power plant in Uttarakhand. The proposed acquisition adds hydroelectric generation capacity to Adani Power’s portfolio.

Life Insurance Corporation of India

LIC reported strong August business numbers, with new business premium increasing 45.3% YoY to ₹23,275 crore. Its April-August cumulative premium also rose to about ₹80,005 crore, up 22.31%. Industry-wide new business premium increased 33.07% in August, indicating stronger premium mobilisation across the life-insurance sector.

HDFC Life

HDFC Life reported an 17.8% YoY increase in August new business premium to ₹3,609 crore, while its year-to-date premium rose 14.43% to ₹15,570 crore. The broader private life-insurance industry recorded strong growth during August, making monthly premium data an important sector-level indicator.

Swiggy

Swiggy is also in focus following a proposed transaction involving its B2B distribution arm Lynk Logistics. The company plans to sell its entire stake in Lynk to the parent of commerce platform Udaan for around ₹500 crore.
