Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of OneTrader Academy courses and subscriptions on https://onetrader.in/. Academy content is digital, and access starts immediately after your payment is successful.

1. No refunds

All Academy purchases, whether a one-time subject purchase or a monthly subscription payment, are final and non-refundable once the payment is successful, because access to the content is given immediately. Please try the free lessons (such as Market Basics and the preview lessons) before you buy.

2. Subscription cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Academy account page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and there is no refund for the current month.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or money is debited but you do not get access, email us with your payment ID and the email you used. We will restore your access or refund the duplicate or unsuccessful amount to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more business days to show it.

4. Price changes

Launching offer prices and other prices may change in future. A price change does not affect purchases you have already made.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
