OneTrader (“we”, “us”) publishes the website https://onetrader.in and the OneTrader Android app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address if you subscribe to a newsletter or contact us.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages or screens viewed, and similar usage data.
- Advertising identifiers: our website and app show ads from Google AdSense, which may use cookies or advertising identifiers.
We do not ask for your government ID numbers or contacts, and the app does not require an account. If you buy an Academy course on the website, we also collect your name, email address, and your order, payment ID and subscription status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered only on Razorpay’s secure checkout; we never see or store them.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve OneTrader.
- To reply to messages and send newsletters you asked for.
- To understand usage through analytics.
- To show advertising and measure how it performs.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
3. Third parties
We use Google services, including Google AdSense (advertising) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics through Site Kit. These services may collect information as described in Google’s own policies, including https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Payments for Academy courses are processed by Razorpay, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy (https://razorpay.com/privacy/). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings or, on Android, reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep Academy account and order records while your account is active and for as long as the law requires for accounting. We keep newsletter and contact details until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email onetrader407@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use HTTPS to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
OneTrader is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
